Warranty Guide
For peace of mind, we offer a full 12-month warranty on beds, headboards, mattresses, and all other items. The warranty protects your purchase from manufacturing faults and structural defects.
Please note:
The warranty does not apply to fabric deterioration, staining or damage, and issues caused to the structure of the product through misuse are not protected. Warranty cover commences from the date of your delivery. Trade orders and orders fulfilled through an external provider are not party to the warranty. The warranty includes replacement of products only and does not cover any installation requests. This warranty does not impact your statutory rights.
Making a claim
If you wish to make a claim under your warranty, you will need to email customer services with the following information: Photographs of the entire product including detailed images and videos of the area which you are concerned about; and Proof of purchase We shall confirm receipt of your email and investigate accordingly. We reserve the right to request additional information from you. If your claim is successful, we shall provide replacement parts as necessary. The warranty does not entitle you to a full refund.
Amare Care
The intention of Amare Care is to provide additional warranty cover for your purchase. We understand bedroom furniture purchases are not always cheap so having additional peace of mind that you’re covered for longer is always a worthwhile investment. The terms of Amare Care mirror those of the standard warranty policy but provide an additional 24 months of cover. Therefore, with Amare Care, you are covered for a total of 36 months. You can view the full warranty policy at the top of this page. Amare Care does not cover damage that occurs due to normal usage and ageing of the product or for products becoming dirty and dusty.
