The word ‘sustainability’ is more than just a buzzword or mere box ticking exercise for us at Amare Living. It’s central to our ethos as a business; it’s an ongoing commitment and a responsibility that we take seriously.
When spending their hard earned money, they want to do so with a brand that’s aligned with their beliefs and one that helps them make a positive contribution to the planet they call home. Whether it’s our mattress fillings or the materials used to make our bed frames, we’re committed to using ethically sourced materials from sustainable, local reserves to reduce our carbon footprint.
Most companies’ commitment to sustainability ends once you have completed your purchase, but not us. We recognise that when you buy a new mattress from Amare Living, you’ll need to dispose of your old one, which can be a bit of a hassle. Not only will the mattress you buy from us be made from recycled materials where possible and sourced sustainably, but we also offer the option to pick up your old mattress to make room for your new one!
Once you’ve added the mattress you want to your basket, proceed to checkout and tick the box ‘remove old mattress’. All you have to do is make sure your old mattress is at street level on the day of delivery and our driver will take it away for you and ensure it gets recycled. Not bad, eh?
