Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

  • Our sofas arrive partially assembled — typically the main frame and back cushions are separate and require light setup such as attaching the legs and positioning the cushions. This is straightforward and takes around 20–30 minutes. Full instructions are included and all fixings are provided.

  • Yes — we use the same upholstery-grade fabrics across our entire furniture range. Plush velvet, boucle, and linen-effect options are all available in the sofa range, so you can coordinate your seating with your bed frame for a cohesive interior look.

  • Seat width, depth, and height vary by model and are listed in the product specifications on each listing. As a general guide, most of our two-seater sofas measure around 140–160cm wide and three-seaters range from 190–220cm. We always recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering.

  • Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth — do not rub. For velvet fabrics, allow to dry naturally then gently brush the pile back into direction with a soft brush. For more stubborn stains, use a small amount of upholstery cleaner on a damp cloth and test on an inconspicuous area first.

  • The outer fabric covers on most sofa cushions are not designed to be machine-washed. We recommend spot cleaning only. Removing the covers for machine washing can cause the fabric to shrink or lose its texture. A fabric protector spray applied at point of purchase will help keep the upholstery looking fresh for longer.
