Mink is a warm, dusty rose-taupe — somewhere between blush pink and warm grey with brown undertones. It is a sophisticated neutral that sits between pink and beige on the colour spectrum. We recommend ordering a swatch as mink can appear differently depending on your lighting conditions.

Mink is a warm-toned neutral and works best with other warm tones — blush pinks, soft terracottas, warm whites, and natural wood finishes. It can work in cooler schemes too but is generally more at home in warm, layered interiors. Gold or rose gold hardware accessories complement mink upholstery particularly well.

Mink has stronger grey and brown undertones, giving it a more understated, neutral quality. Blush and pink colourways are more overtly rosy. Mink is the more versatile and widely adaptable option for a bedroom, while pink and blush tend to work better as a deliberate colour statement.

Mid-toned neutrals like mink are generally more forgiving than very light or very dark colours when it comes to visible dust. Velvet fabrics in any colour can attract pet hair, which is easily removed with a lint roller or soft brush. Regular light vacuuming will keep the fabric looking fresh.
